TRIMAX Evolution livestock trailers: cattle safety before all

Hauswirth livestock trailers became famous thanks to their "not deformable" body. At the time of this range update, notably to take advantage of the JOSKIN Group's production tool, JLB Leboulch of course decided to keep this specification.

The body of the TRIMAX generations is therefore also very sturdy. It keeps its monocoque construction and adopts the continuous welding for a higher sturdiness and uniform surfaces. The reinforced upper arches and the multiple reinforcing tubes on the sides and under the body, which are distributed in a more harmonious way, make sure the body won't be deformed on the (very) long term. And the famous Leboulch paint, with shot-blasting, phosphating and high-tech lacquer, which is highly resistant to faeces (veterinary standards), ensures the conservation of the livestock trailer structure and of perfectly smooth inner walls, which is a major condition for the cattle safety.

Because this is the cattle breeder's first concern: protect his animals against stress and injuries.

By picturing him at their place during transportation, Leboulch removed all projections on the inner walls, installed a floor in chequered plate to reduce the slipping risks, included wide tyres in the standard equipment and drawn high, wide and chamfered wheel recesses, on which the animals tend to rest rather than fall.

For an increased safety, an anti-slip ProSecurit floor is available. And regarding comfort, a roof cover is also available.

For the crucial phase of loading/unloading, Leboulch offers now two separate versions: a Trimax-S reclining range and Trimax-P range with ramp.

The Trimax-S range represents the maximum comfort: to transfer the animals, the whole body can be lowered so that the inner slope remains low and that the body floor is only at 10 cm from the ground (at the door). Given the presence of a 4 cm sanitary edge, the cattle only has 14 cm to cross. The body is lifted by means of two hydraulic rams, to which an optional hydropneumatic shock absorber can be added.

On the Trimax-P range, the ramp was optimized. It keeps its galvanized frame and its wooden floow with slats but it is extended, to reduce the slope, and widened (2.29 m) to reduce falling risks.

It rests now on three large arches with long support for a maximum stability. Furthermore, the floor height is minimized by somewhat recessing the axle in the chassis on single-axle models and by reversing the tandem on double-axle ones (leaves under the axles, which allow to absorb shocks more progressively when driving). The steps to access the ramp and at the body entry are limited to a few centimeters only.

Last but not least, on both versions, the rear door is maximized so that the very wide opening (2.12 m) is now almost as wide as the inner body (2.23 m). Injuries can in this way be prevented in case of crowds when entering the meadow!

Finally, the driver's comfort was not forgotten. On Trimax-P, the ramp is fitted with a strong central spring to make the handling easier. An hydraulic control is also available as an option. On Trimax-S, the lights are protected in the rear beam. The side wicket door is part of the standard equipment, just like the pre-equipment for outer fences, whose several pivoting or sliding models are available as an option, all with retractable posts, which are also used as transport locks. The body can also be fitted with inner partitions on rail. The lower body angles are slanted for an easy maintenance.

Leboulch REGENEROFLEX, a nice boost for the meadow

As its name suggests, the aim of the Leboulch Regenero range is to regenerate meadows, i.e. to stimulate the natural biological activity of the ground in order to boost the growth of a forage that is denser, higher and of better quality.

To that end, the inner part of the Regenero is fitted with alternated scrapers that pull out molehills, dung and other waste. They are then leveled and spread by a blade mounted on the second row. Finally, the rear part of the machine cut and aerate the grass, scarify roots and remove moss and grass weed.

The classical Regenero is rather aggressive with a rear part fitted with narrow cutting shares to renovate the (very) damaged parcels while the new model, the Regeneroflex, aims at a smoother and finer work. Its rear part is fitted with curved tines that are long enough to properly follow the ground unevenness.

These tines are particularly efficient to remove dead grass, moss and other undesirable elements. It is however not the only thing they do: they also perfectly crumble molehills that were first leveled by the blades, which favours a dense, rapid and homogeneous grass growth.

The working depth is adjusted by means of a pin on the gauge wheel supports. The aggressiveness of the tines is adjusted by means of a graduated scale per section.

The hitch of the RegeneroFlex is fastened on the central beam by means of a large diameter spring, which holds the machine perfectly on the ground for a good work, allows the hitch to oscillate to follow the unevenness properly and absorbs the shocks for a high comfort of use.

The Regenero and RegeneroFlex can optionally be fitted with an electric seeder to thicken the existing grass. Hoses bring the seeds towards splash plates, which spread them before the tines, which then cover the seeds so that they can optimally germinate. A footstep is available to fill the tank and carry out the adjustments.

Next to the wheels, hitch and possible folding hydraulic ram, the Regenero and RegeneroFlex are fully made of galvanized special steel for a maximum durability in a corrosive environment. The range includes a fixed model of 2.40 m and 4 folding models of 4.00 m (except Flex), 5.00m, 6.00 m and 7.40 m.

RegeneroFlex completes in a useful manner the Leboulch pasture care range, which also includes the Aero meadow aerator range (8 models from 2.40 m to 6.60 m) that carry out three tasks in one passage: moss removal, grass aeration and dung and molehill spreading.

The HVS muck spreaders from 10 to 17 m³ just have been reviewed by the JLB research department to improve their efficiency and resistance.

3 major evolutions on the HVS "evolution":

1- The spreading system was improved with beaters with 20 cm extra length to optimize the load and leave a larger opening for the matter. In this way, the spreading quality and homogeneity are significantly improved. The reversible and interchangeable blades made of Hardox ensure a longer life span. The beater bases are now mounted on wear rings and can be changed to ensure an easy maintenance.

2- The spreader body is now a monoblock body in special ST420 steel, with a fold over the whole length. This evolution ensures a longer life span of the material by avoiding any risk linked to weldings but also a higher payload allowing to optimize the spreading process.

3- The electrical and hydraulic systems are now mounted on the front wall of the HVS evolution with a Bondioli block. An easy access to the different elements for an easy adjustment and maintenance.

The HVS evolution range can still be fitted with the usual options, such as the Compostar version, hydraulic installations, etc.

We remind you that all JLB Leboulch vehicles are in compliance with the new road legislation as well as with the EN-690 standards in order to provide you with a safe, practical and efficient vehicle. You will notably find grates on the side or on the moving floor carters at the front to prevent risks but also to make the removal of impurities easier.

Always listening to our customer's remarks, the JLB Leboulch vehicles will continue to evolve to satisfy as many people as possible.

Regenero
The Regenero is a renovator, a traditional implement that is aggressive enough for damaged meadows. It will level the ground by means of levelling blades and scarifying the roots by means of its cutting tines. The objective is to stimulate the natural biological activity of the ground in order to boost the growth of a forage that is denser and of better quality.

Regeneroflex
The Regeneroflex has the same objective but it is less aggressive thanks to the rows of curved tines to remove moss, scarify the meadow and limit the development of grass weed. The tines are long enough to properly follow the ground unevenness. They are particularly efficient to remove dead grass, moss and other undesirable elements. It is however not the only thing they do: they also perfectly crumble molehills that were first leveled by the blades. This surface work allows a dense, rapid and homogeneous grass growth. This machine is also standard fitted with a spring-mounted 3-point hitch, which significantly improves the comfort use.

Aero
The Aero is a levelling harrow and aerator for meadows requiring a surface work after winter in order to boost the growth.

These devices can be fitted with a seed drill to renovate and thicken the existing grass.

Galvanized machines in special steel with flexible hitch, adjustment of the working depth and hydraulic folding system. From 2.4 m to 6 m for the Regenero and up to 6.6 m for the Aero.

In order to meet the expectations of the market, the JLB Leboulch company developed a new agricultural transport vehicle with 18 tons payload.

The technical solution used is a tandem with rods, free steering axle and 180 cm wheel base that provide this new tipping trailer with road-holding qualities that are very appreciated by farmers. The body is 720 X 230 cm with a side height of 115+30 cm or 150 cm, depending on the desired volumes.

This tipping trailer is manufactured according to the Leboulch quality criteria with monoblock side walls, continuous welding, tubular chassis, S420MS special steel, etc. The JLB Leboulch company, which is very scrupulous about the certifications that are necessary today to use its vehicles serenely, had this new model, just like its whole range, certified by the DREAL, with a wide range of tyres meeting the users' highest requirements. To celebrate the launch of this new model, the company programmed a maxi series with attractive launching conditions.
