HVS muck spreader (from 8 to 16 m³)

This multi-functional lowered spreader with narrow body allows a high loading capacity in order to maximize each transport.

If offers a very good stability as well as an optimal safety when working thanks to the balance of the body on the axle and its excellent road holding capacities, which are ensured by the very low centre of gravity, even on mountainous or steep grounds.

Standard description: 2 vertical beaters with regular spirals with removable blades, reversible and interchangeable blades, sealing flaps, moving floor with 2 shipping chains, P.T.O. and drive shaft protected by shear-bolt or cam security (depending on the models), protected lighting that can be manually folded.

HVS evolution

A whole panel of improvements for your new HVS: Improved spreading system with beaters extended of 200 mm. Monoblock body in special ST420 steel with a fold over its whole length, hydraulic and electric systems on the front wall of the HVS to make the adjustments and the maintenance easier. As an option: revolution counter of the moving floor shaft, electric control and hydraulic installation, total hour counter, etc.

Guillotine door

The guillotine door is tight and adjustable with an electric safety device and mechanical door opening indicator. It avoids load losses during transport and makes it possible to regulate the flow while spreading.
