HVS MUCK SPREADER

This versatile, lowered muck spreader with narrow body has a large loading capacity to maximise every transport.

If offers a very good stability and an optimal safety when working thanks to the excellent balance of the body on the axle and its unbeatable grip, ensured by the very low centre of gravity, even on mountainous or steep terrain.

Tapered, monoblock body

With one-piece side sheets for easy unloading of the goods.

Design

Protection with 2-component paint (2K industrial quality)

(A) Body in ST420 high tensile steel sheet (thickness: 4 mm).

(B) Shot blasting.

(C) 2K primer coat applied directly after blasting + flash-off before applying the finish.

(D) Finish with 2K paint and a hammered effect.

Headboard with self-cleaning grate.

TECHNICAL POINTS

Drive line with transmission under the lowered axle (ideal for sloping terrain). Wear rings on rear bearings. Free wheel clutch on rear universal joint. Sealing flaps at the front and on the spreading table.

Tubular slats welded to shipping chains 14 (to avoid material storage) + mechanically welded gearwheels.

Control box

(A) Ferti-CONTROL 320: proportional control of the moving floor, switch for lights and flashing beacon.

(B) Easy-CONTROL: moving floor control with electrical reverser and extra functions. Simplified DPA.

(C) Full control of the electro­hydraulic functions of the vehicle. Precision DPA.

DPA (proportional flow): automatic regulation of the moving floor speed according to the door opening and driving speed.
